France’s digital watchdog agency (VIGINUM) formally unmasked an international covert influence operation run by Israeli firm Black Core, deploying thousands of deepfakes, bot accounts, and smear campaigns to manipulate the election narrative.
Black Core’s cyber infrastructure traced directly back to Tel Aviv firm Galacticos and veteran operatives from Israel’s elite cyber intelligence unit.
Within two hours of journalists confronting company executives on the phone, their entire web footprint, LinkedIn pages, and servers were scrubbed from the internet.
On day one, Mamdani revoked IHRA anti-criticism definitions, called for ICC arrest warrants against Netanyahu, and targeted $60M+ in tax-exempt NY funds flowing to illegal West Bank settlements.
