“DON’T LET US DIE LIKE THIS!”💔 Thousands of injured Palestinians, including amputees and critically ill patients, gathered outside Nasser Hospital to demand the opening of Gaza’s border crossings so they can receive life-saving medical treatment abroad. With Gaza’s healthcare system completely decimated and border crossings kept strictly sealed, thousands of wounded civilians are trapped in a slow-motion death sentence simply because they are denied permission to leave for basic surgery. Over 174,000 Palestinians have been wounded, with thousands requiring complex surgeries, limb prosthetics, and specialized care impossible to receive inside Gaza. Sealed border crossings continue to prevent critically injured children and amputees from accessing medical evacuations. “لا تتركونا نموت بهذه الطريقة!” 💔 تجمّع آلاف الفلسطينيين المصابين – بمن فيهم مبتورو الأطراف ومرضى الحالات الحرجة – أمام مستشفى ناصر للمطالبة بفتح معابر غزة الحدودية، وذلك ليتسنى لهم تلقي العلاج الطبي المنقذ للحياة في الخارج. وفي ظل الانهيار التام للمنظومة الصحية في غزة والإغلاق المحكم للمعابر، يواجه آلاف المدنيين الجرحى حكماً بالموت البطيء لمجرد حرمانهم من تصاريح المغادرة لإجراء جراحات أساسية. لقد أُصيب أكثر من 174 ألف فلسطيني، ويحتاج الآلاف منهم إلى جراحات معقدة وأطراف صناعية ورعاية تخصصية يتعذر توفيرها داخل غزة. ولا يزال إغلاق المعابر يحول دون إجلاء الأطفال المصابين بجروح خطيرة ومبتوري الأطراف لتلقي العلاج. ويحذر الأطباء الميدانيون من أن مئات المرضى يفقدون حياتهم – ليس بسبب القصف المباشر – بل جراء الإصابة بعدوى يمكن علاجها ونقص المستلزمات الطبية الأساسية.
