Bruce Springsteen, Public Enemy and Tom Morello Join Power to the People Festival Calling for Free Palestine and Haiti
October 6, 2026“FREE PALESTINE. FREE HAITI. FREE A CLOSED MIND.”
A stage stacked with legends, Bruce Springsteen, Public Enemy, Tom Morello, Cypress Hill, Macklemore and more, came together at the Power To The People Festival and said what so many other stages won’t let artists say out loud.
No corporate muzzle. No fear of brand deals. Just musicians using their platform the way it was meant to be used for the people, not in spite of them.
This is what it looks like when artists actually have something to say.

English Script:
Tom Morello: Free Palestine. This concert is not by Ed Sheeran’s promoters Free Haiti and Please free a closed mind.
Macklemore: What’s up my people? It is Macklemore. Right now there’s a genocide happening in Gaza. There’s a genocide happening in Sudan. This is horrible suffering in the Congo, where kids are working in the cobalt mines to give us cobalts for smartphones and electric cars. And I believe that resistance means seeing ourselves in all oppressed people as brothers and sisters in the global community. None of us are free, until all of us are free.
Tom Morello: All the artists voted, we decided to kick Ed Sheeran off the bill. Those of you watching from home, I encourage you to get involved, get active, get going because there’s no one coming to save us except us.
