PLAINTIFFS IN DUTCH COURT HEARING AGAINST BILL GATES AND PFIZER’S ALBERT BOURLA CLAIM COVID VACCINES ARE A “BIOLOGICAL WEAPON.”
On October 22, 2026, a substantive hearing took place in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, in a civil lawsuit brought by seven Dutch plaintiffs against Gates, Bourla, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, and other defendants.
The plaintiffs allege that they suffered harm after receiving COVID-19 vaccines and that the public was misled about their safety and effectiveness. Their legal representatives have gone further, describing the injections as a “biological weapon” and alleging a wider scheme of deception.
Millions of people around the world made decisions about vaccination based on information from governments, pharmaceutical companies, and public health authorities. When questions arise about safety, informed consent, potential adverse effects, or how decisions were communicated, the public deserves transparency, not silence.
