November 4, 2026A couple of years ago, we shared the story of Dr. Mohammed Al Talla (@dr.mohammed_altalla ) from Gaza, a young doctor with a dream to study cancer research in London. Thanks to your support, that dream became a reality.
Leaving Gaza in October 2025, Dr. Mohammed describes the transition as “shocking and heartbreaking,” moving from immense suffering to a new beginning at Brunel University. But for him, this isn’t just a personal success story,it is a responsibility. His ultimate goal is to use his master’s degree and clinical practice to return home and improve healthcare services for his people.
