Israeli Delegation Walks Out as Erdogan Condemns Israel’s Gaza Campaign in Fiery UN Address
September 24, 2026
ISRAEL WALKED OUT. THE PALESTINIANS APPLAUDED.
Erdoğan stood at the UN General Assembly and called Gaza “the most inhumane, most shameful concentration camp of our time”, “the world’s largest graveyard for children.” He said the world is facing “a genocidal mindset that can never get enough of killing,” and that “no one with humanity, mercy or conscience can turn a blind eye.”
Israeli Ambassador Danny Danon and his entire delegation got up and left the hall while he was speaking. The Palestinian delegation stayed, and applauded.
Erdoğan didn’t stop there — he called out the U.S. for barring Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas from attending for a second year running, called it “an injustice,” and told the world plainly: more than 1,300 civilians have been killed in Gaza since the supposed ceasefire began. He called on every nation that hasn’t recognized Palestine to do it now.
When the truth gets spoken from that podium, the only response some governments have left is to walk away from it.
The world isn’t walking away. It’s watching.
GET OUT.
