UNICEF chief Catherine Russell is married to the Chairman of BlackRock Investments, the largest funds manager in the world worth over a trillion dollars. It’s main interests are in military weapons, pharmaceuticals and media. So, basically BlackRock controls if we die, live, and how we feel about it.
Point made in this video by @sarahalsharif is that the Unicef chief, if she wanted to, could ask her husband, Thomas Donilon, to control who BlackRock sells weapons to and end conflict, not only in Palestine, but anywhere. But is Ms Russell? Of course not! Why? Because BlackRock is only interested in making profits so as to maintain power, so as to fund political campaigns (Biden, Macron, Sunak, etc.) so they can pass legislation to keep contracts going to the weapons, pharmaceutical, media, etc, corporations that it has a major interest in.
If your company has money invested in BlackRock and you support justice and human rights you need to move your money out of there and tell them why. Don’t move your money to Vanguard or State Street, the other two biggest funds managers in the world because their ethics are identical to BlackRock.
