US Senator Chris Van Hollen, who is one of seven senators out of 100 to have called for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, EXPOSE Israel’s attempt to bring down UNRWA!

UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, was established in 1949 as a response to the Nakba, the expulsion of tens of thousands of Palestinians from their homes. The Organisation preached a narrative of ‘a right to return’ in line with UNGA Resolution 194. Consequently, the Israeli government has always had a problem with UNRWA as Israel opposes the narrative that Palestinians have a right to return to their former lands.
