Julian Assange: It’s the big picture of the war. According to these internal U.S. military reports, the man killed was a doctor delivering of a pregnant woman to the hospital. We see a very interesting example of a town of 40,000 on the Syrian border, whose population went from 40,000 to 2000 over a year or so. And that town and that circumstance has not been reported in any, not been reported at all, that we could find in the mainstream media or in fact, in the alternative media.
