Hind Rajab Foundation Files Legal Complaint in Australia to Arrest or Bar Israeli President Isaac Herzog

In a historic joint action, the Hind Rajab Foundation, the Jewish Council of Australia, and the Australian National Imams Council have filed a formal legal complaint to arrest or bar entry to Australia.
The target: Isaac Herzog.
Represented by Robert Richter KC, the groups allege incitement and aiding and abetting war crimes, arguing Herzog is unfit to enter under Australian law.
The 30-page submission has been sent to the Attorney-General, the Home Affairs Minister, and the AFP, calling for a criminal investigation under the Commonwealth Criminal Code warning the visit would be “highly inflammatory.”
This is what accountability looks like when governments hesitate.
No immunity.
No exceptions.
The law applies or it means nothing.
