Ben Gvir Calls For Lebanon To Burn After Hezbollah Attack Kills Israeli Commander And Soldiers

“LET ALL OF LEBANON BURN.”
That was the response from Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir after a H*zboll*h operation in southern Lebanon reportedly killed an Israeli battalion commander and three soldiers.
According to the Israeli military, the strike targeted a tank from the 401st Armored Brigade’s 52nd Battalion near Kfar Tebnit, killing Lieutenant Colonel Dor Gedalia Ben Shamkhon and three other soldiers.
But instead of calling for de-escalation, Ben-Gvir responded with a message:
“All of Lebanon should burn.”
For Lebanese citizens who have already endured months of bombardment, displacement and destruction, such rhetoric is seen as a direct threat against an entire nation.
Not against armed groups. Not against military targets.
But against Lebanon itself.
A country is not a battlefield to be erased.
How can there be peace when senior Israeli officials openly speak the language of annihilation?
And calls for Lebanon to burn should outrage the world, no matter who says them.
