We intend to complete the process of opening roads, removing rubble, and securing basic services so that our people can return to their homes and villages with safety and dignity. We have already started preparations to restore essential services including water, electricity, and telecommunications, and are providing prefabricated houses to support this transitional phase. Restoring life to the South is not merely a slogan; it is a national goal that we will pursue until the withdrawal is finished and every citizen returns home. The return of our people to their villages and homes today is the ultimate expression of Lebanon’s unity and sovereignty.
