Kushner Faces Conflict-of-Interest Questions Over Israel Arms Ties and Gaza Peace Talks
October 4, 2026
HE WAS NEGOTIATING GAZA PEACE TALKS. HIS FIRM WAS CASHING IN ON THE WAR.
Jared Kushner has spent the past two years positioned as the Trump administration’s key Gaza negotiator — meeting Netanyahu, meeting Hamas leaders, shaping ceasefire talks. At the exact same time, his private equity firm Affinity Partners was the largest shareholder in Phoenix Financial, a Tel Aviv firm that poured at least $265 million into Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest arms manufacturer, plus stakes in eight other companies supplying Israel’s military.
Kushner’s stake in Phoenix is worth over $1 billion. He’s called it Affinity’s “best investment.” And right as he was brokering Gaza negotiations, that investment surged in value.
His attorney says he never directed Phoenix’s decisions. Kushner himself called the reporting “deeply misleading.” But the math doesn’t need spin: a man brokering peace in a war was financially positioned to profit the longer certain companies stayed busy.
You can’t serve as an honest broker for peace while your own fortune grows with the war machine. Pick one.

Dash Dobrofsky: Israel’s largest arms manufacturer, was just exposed for being bankrolled by a financial firm in which Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s son in law, is the largest shareholder of which I honestly think could be the biggest and grossest conflict of interest in modern American history. So we just learned from a shocking and disturbing investigative report by CNN that Affinity Partners, which is Jared Kushner’s private equity firm, is the largest stakeholder in a Tel Aviv firm called Phoenix Financial. And according to records, Phoenix Financial has poured hundreds and millions of dollars into nine separate groups that supply the IDF with military equipment such as drones, warships and demolition machinery. And one of those groups is called Elbit Systems, which just so happens to be Israel’s largest arms manufacture. And before I get into the conflict of interest part, Jared Kushner has boasted that this investment is affinities based investment, and they have since five axed their initial investment in the Phoenix Financial. Now here’s where the gross part comes in. Aside from all the money he’s making from this, Jared Kushner is also the mediator of peace talks between America and Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is currently engaged in war crimes against Palestinians in Gaza and is using the weapons that arms manufacturers supply them from money they received from Phoenix Financial, who receives their money from Jared Kushner’s private equity firm to carry out those war crimes. So, in other words, the president of the United States who controls foreign policy, sent his own son in law, who has a financial interest in prolonging this war, to negotiate peace talks with a war criminal who, as we have seen, has only ramped up the amount of war crimes he is committing. This is like I said, the grossest conflict of interest in modern American history.
