New Documentary Features Allegations From Three Men Who Say the Late Senator Lindsey Graham Paid Them for Sex

TYT RELEASES A DOCUMENTARY IN WHICH THREE MEN SAY THE LATE SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM PAID THEM FOR SEX. ONE SAYS HE WAS 17.
@theyoungturks (TYT) released the 30-minute documentary on October 22. It features three men who say South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham @lindseygrahamsc , who died in July at 71, paid them for sex. One man, identified only as Kelvin, says the encounter happened in 2001 when he was 17. Another says he was picked up by a chauffeured car and taken to a Washington hotel.
TYT co-founder Cenk Uygur @cenkuygur promoted it as a “bombshell documentary” before its release. A website launched with the film, the Lindsey Graham Files, says it has travel receipts and other documents supporting the men’s accounts.
These are allegations. The New York Times @nytimes says it couldn’t verify the men’s identities or their claims. Graham, who never married, always denied being gay, and the claims only surfaced after his death, so he never had the chance to respond.
The film also arrives less than two weeks before the midterms, with Graham’s sister, Senator Darline Graham @darlinegrahamsc , fighting to keep his seat, which has raised questions about its timing.
Graham spent decades as one of the Senate’s most conservative voices and a vocal supporter of Israel, and he voted against LGBTQ protections.
