Pink Faces Backlash Over Post Calling Gaza Genocide False
September 8, 2026
2006: “How do you sleep when the rest of us cry?” — Pink, writing a song ABOUT a president who started a war.
2026: Pink shares a post demanding an apology because a rapper said “Free Palestine” at a concert.
Twenty years ago she had the nerve to name power and call it out. Now the thing she can’t stomach isn’t 20,000 dead kids, it’s two words at a concert making people uncomfortable.
What changed… the children, or your willingness to see them?
How do you explain this to the mothers of slaughtered Palestinian children, Pink? You don’t. Because when you prioritize comfortable genocide apologists over dead children, you lose your humanity completely.
EXPOSE THE HYPOCRITES.
Thank you @mattxiv for sharing this video.

Matt Bernstein: The singer pink shared this post demanding that Ed Sheeran apologize to and refund his fans for having to endure Macklemore saying Free Palestine during the opening act of his concert. I say free Palestine. Hi pink. Remember in 2006 during the Iraq War, when you released a song called Dear Mr. President where you asked, how do you sleep when the rest of us cry? How do you dream when a mother has no chance to say goodbye?
Macklemore: I have an 11 year old daughter, her name is Sloan. She’s here tonight and I want to see her grow up. I want to see her go to school, to fall in love, to figure out the meaning. And I think that every single human being that walks this earth deserves that exact same freedom.
Matt Bernstein: 20,000 Palestinian children have been murdered by Israel in the last three years. More than 44,000 more children have endured life altering injuries by Israel, and Gaza now contains the highest number of child amputees per capita in the world. This is a recent photograph of Palestinian children in Gaza watching The Lion King on a projector amidst piles of rubble and the constant crushing of concrete in Gaza has degraded the air quality, which will only have further consequences for the health of its residents. So pink, in your own words, how do you explain any of this to the mothers of Palestinian children? The answer is you don’t because you don’t care, because you’re a Zionist, because Zionism is a political ideology. As much as it is a psychological defect, a cognitive roadblock, where no matter what war crimes and horrors Israelis come in, you are bound to only ever seeing them as victims. And so the singer, who once stuck her neck out to protest imperial violence, now thinks that the real victims of that violence are not the dead children, nor the mothers of those children. No, the real victims are the Zionist Ed Sheeran concert goers who had to endure the trauma of hearing Malcolm Moore say free Palestine. It’s a total detachment from reality, like viewing the world through a warped mirror of perpetual delusional victimhood. It’s like a funhouse, even. Well, it used to be a funhouse.
Unknown people: I’m not really like a huge pink fan. Do you want to say anything to Pink, personally? I really just don’t like her. She’s a bad seed on this earth. You can cut that out, right?
