HIGHWAY 749 ISRAEL’S PLAN TO DIVIDE GAZA

Israel’s latest move in Gaza is raising alarm worldwide. Dubbed Highway 749, this new construction project threatens to divide the besieged enclave into two parts. As bulldozers level civilian infrastructure, including the Turkish hospital and Al-Aqsa University, concerns grow over Israel’s intentions.

Reports suggest the highway aims to create a buffer zone, restricting movement for over a million Palestinians. With fears of reoccupation looming large, the international community needs to take decisive action NOW!

The report has sparked fears among many who say the construction of Highway 749 indicates Israel’s plan to illegally re-occupy Gaza, contradicting the supposed stipulations of its long term ally, the US, as part of its solution to the ongoing conflict, which includes the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
