Political Commentator Jeb Baugh Says American Youth Aren’t Buying FBI Iran Drone Threat Warnings
March 14, 2026
AMERICAN YOUTH AREN’T BUYING THE FEAR.
A sudden warning about possible Iranian drone attacks on the U.S. made headlines.
But young Americans online are asking a different question:
Where’s the evidence?
The alert circulated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation reportedly came from a single unverified tip suggesting Iran might launch drones from a vessel toward California if the U.S. struck Iran.
Officials later acknowledged there was no confirmed threat, no targets, and no timeline.
For many young Americans, the reaction was immediate:
We’ve seen this script before.
The message spreading across social media:
Fear campaigns don’t work like they used to.

Jeff Baugh: Breaking news. The FBI has just warned of possible terror attacks by unmanned Iranian drones off the coast of California. Recently, the Department of War unveiled their new Lucas drone, a replica of the Iranian drone. People like Ted Cruz have been warning of a sleeper cell terrorist attack. And with only 20% of the American public supporting this war in Iran, it all smells to me like it could possibly be a false flag attack to rally the American people under the flag of patriotism and freedom, when we all know who this war really serves.
Aden Nicholas: Some people are comparing this new Intel to what happened 25 years ago in New York City. If an alleged foreign actor attacked the United States on US soil, the United States military would have no choice but to respond. After 9/11, the United States military went after al-Qaida after the attack on the World Trade Center. But what do you guys think? Will, there really be an attack on U.S. soil? If so, will this attack actually be from Iran?
